This is a fully remote associate role in BELTO Ventures. You will work with a distributed team on consequential client and internal priorities.
The work combines market research, thoughtful outreach, discovery, proposal development and long-term account stewardship. We value direct communication, careful qualification and commercial ambition without pressure tactics.
Success means improving the quality and speed of decisions, leaving durable operating assets, and communicating trade-offs before they become surprises. The selection process includes a structured conversation and a practical, role-relevant exercise. We do not use protected personal characteristics in hiring decisions.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential venture partners against a written fit standard.
- Prepare briefing notes ahead of partnership conversations.
- Maintain the partner pipeline and the record of each commitment.
- Support agreement preparation with legal and finance input.
- Track what each partnership produces and report it plainly.
Requirements
- Research and analytical ability with commercial judgment.
- Interest in venture building and early-stage companies.
- Organisation across many parallel relationships.
- Clear, concise writing.
- Currently enrolled at, or holding a degree from, Stanford University or Harvard University.
