This is a fully remote associate role in BELTO Space. You will work with a distributed team on consequential client and internal priorities.
The work combines market research, thoughtful outreach, discovery, proposal development and long-term account stewardship. We value direct communication, careful qualification and commercial ambition without pressure tactics.
Success means improving the quality and speed of decisions, leaving durable operating assets, and communicating trade-offs before they become surprises. The selection process includes a structured conversation and a practical, role-relevant exercise. We do not use protected personal characteristics in hiring decisions.
Responsibilities
- Research organisations across the space supply chain and brief the partnership leads.
- Prepare partnership materials and meeting documentation.
- Track commitments, actions and renewal dates across partners.
- Maintain accurate partner records and reporting.
- Support joint activity logistics across time zones.
Requirements
- Strong organisation and written follow-through.
- Interest in the space and advanced engineering sector.
- Comfort coordinating senior people without authority.
- Accuracy with records and deadlines.
- Currently enrolled at, or holding a degree from, Stanford University or Harvard University.
