This is a fully remote manager role in BELTO Ventures. You will work with a distributed team on consequential client and internal priorities.
The work combines market research, thoughtful outreach, discovery, proposal development and long-term account stewardship. We value direct communication, careful qualification and commercial ambition without pressure tactics.
Success means improving the quality and speed of decisions, leaving durable operating assets, and communicating trade-offs before they become surprises. The selection process includes a structured conversation and a practical, role-relevant exercise. We do not use protected personal characteristics in hiring decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the proposal process end to end, including schedule and contributor management.
- Structure the argument so the evaluator can find the answer fast.
- Edit technical input into one consistent voice without losing accuracy.
- Maintain a reusable content library that stays current.
- Run win and loss reviews and change the template because of them.
Requirements
- Proposal or bid management experience under real deadlines.
- Excellent editorial judgment on long technical documents.
- Ability to chase senior contributors politely and relentlessly.
- Attention to compliance detail.
- Currently enrolled at, or holding a degree from, Stanford University or Harvard University.
