This is a fully remote manager role in BELTO Consulting. You will work with a distributed team on consequential client and internal priorities. The work combines market research, thoughtful outreach, discovery, proposal development and long-term account stewardship. We value direct communication, careful qualification and commercial ambition without pressure tactics. Success means improving the quality and speed of decisions, leaving durable operating assets, and communicating trade-offs before they become surprises. The selection process includes a structured conversation and a practical, role-relevant exercise. We do not use protected personal characteristics in hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Map procurement routes, frameworks and buying cycles for target public bodies.
  • Build relationships with programme and technical leads well before a tender exists.
  • Coordinate bid responses with delivery and finance, owning deadlines and completeness.
  • Track compliance and documentation requirements attached to each opportunity.
  • Report honestly on long-cycle pipeline where nothing closes quickly.

Requirements

  • Experience selling into government or regulated public bodies.
  • Familiarity with formal procurement and bid documentation.
  • Patience with long cycles and rigour in written submissions.
  • Ability to work with technical staff on responses that are specific, not generic.
  • Currently enrolled at, or holding a degree from, Stanford University or Harvard University.
