This is a fully remote director role in BELTO Ventures. You will work with a distributed team on consequential client and internal priorities.
The work combines market research, thoughtful outreach, discovery, proposal development and long-term account stewardship. We value direct communication, careful qualification and commercial ambition without pressure tactics.
Success means improving the quality and speed of decisions, leaving durable operating assets, and communicating trade-offs before they become surprises. The selection process includes a structured conversation and a practical, role-relevant exercise. We do not use protected personal characteristics in hiring decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with funds, corporates and accelerators across regions.
- Design collaboration models that produce genuine deal flow.
- Negotiate and maintain partnership agreements.
- Coordinate across time zones in a fully remote operating model.
- Measure and report what each partnership actually returns.
Requirements
- Senior partnership experience across multiple regions.
- Network in venture, corporate innovation or growth capital.
- Cultural and commercial fluency across markets.
- Rigour about partnership performance.
- Currently enrolled at, or holding a degree from, Stanford University or Harvard University.
