This is a fully remote manager role in BELTO Space. You will work with a distributed team on consequential client and internal priorities.
The work combines market research, thoughtful outreach, discovery, proposal development and long-term account stewardship. We value direct communication, careful qualification and commercial ambition without pressure tactics.
Success means improving the quality and speed of decisions, leaving durable operating assets, and communicating trade-offs before they become surprises. The selection process includes a structured conversation and a practical, role-relevant exercise. We do not use protected personal characteristics in hiring decisions.
Responsibilities
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to signature.
- Build the business case with engineering and finance input.
- Manage procurement, security and compliance review steps.
- Negotiate terms within approved commercial policy.
- Forecast accurately and escalate risk early.
Requirements
- Enterprise sales record in technical or engineering services.
- Ability to manage long cycles with many decision makers.
- Comfort with formal procurement and contracting.
- Discipline in written follow-up.
- Currently enrolled at, or holding a degree from, Stanford University or Harvard University.
