This is a fully remote lead role in BELTO Space. You will work with a distributed team on consequential client and internal priorities.
The work combines market research, thoughtful outreach, discovery, proposal development and long-term account stewardship. We value direct communication, careful qualification and commercial ambition without pressure tactics.
Success means improving the quality and speed of decisions, leaving durable operating assets, and communicating trade-offs before they become surprises. The selection process includes a structured conversation and a practical, role-relevant exercise. We do not use protected personal characteristics in hiring decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build the European pipeline for space and advanced engineering engagements.
- Work across agency, prime and supplier structures in the region.
- Run proposals with technical leads and navigate procurement requirements.
- Manage language, time zone and travel-free relationship building.
- Keep the European forecast accurate and explained.
Requirements
- Services or technical sales record in European markets.
- Understanding of European space or engineering procurement.
- Ability to hold a credible technical conversation unaided.
- Self-direction across time zones in a remote company.
- Currently enrolled at, or holding a degree from, Stanford University or Harvard University.
