This is a fully remote lead role in BELTO Consulting. You will work with a distributed team on consequential client and internal priorities.
The work combines market research, thoughtful outreach, discovery, proposal development and long-term account stewardship. We value direct communication, careful qualification and commercial ambition without pressure tactics.
Success means improving the quality and speed of decisions, leaving durable operating assets, and communicating trade-offs before they become surprises. The selection process includes a structured conversation and a practical, role-relevant exercise. We do not use protected personal characteristics in hiring decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the Americas pipeline for consulting engagements and the forecast that goes with it.
- Develop relationships with operating and engineering leadership, not only procurement.
- Run qualification, proposal and negotiation with delivery leads attached from the start.
- Manage time-zone coverage and scheduling discipline across a distributed client base.
- Report weekly on pipeline movement with the reason behind each change.
Requirements
- Proven closing record for professional or engineering services in North America.
- Ability to build multi-threaded relationships inside a client organisation.
- Command of commercial structures: fixed scope, retainer, milestone and instalment terms.
- Self-direction in a fully remote operating model.
- Currently enrolled at, or holding a degree from, Stanford University or Harvard University.
